Joe, I got the application, signed it, and will send it on to the ARRL in tomorrow's mail. What a weird form. It asks for the signature of the "applicant" and for a "responsible club official (not the applicant)". I don't have to provide my call or even print my name. Oh well. I guess I can be considered responsible anyway (no remarks please). John
