[WVARC] QSLs

On May 20, 1968, I think I'd been licensed for about 30 minutes.  I remember
those QSL cards real well.  My first ones.  I couldn't wait for them to come
in the mail, after pouring over the samples for days.  Ah, the simplicity of
it all.
