[WVARC] Putting WA6LXN to use

I am in for FD or any other activity to put it on the air.  I am in the
Orange County ARC specifically for their Field Day Event, but I would gladly
skip it for a WVARC event.

Assuming we can reactivate the old club callsign,
WA6LXN, we're going to have to do something
with it, like maybe have a WVARC reunion FD.
