<b>~ 'On the Road' program in Salinas March 8</b>: This is a heads
up that the UC Davis 'On the Road' program (like we had here in
Santa Cruz last year) will be coming to Salinas on March 8. The
agenda is as yet to be announced, but mark your calendar if you are
interested to take advantage of this opportunity and benefit from UC
Davis enology and viticulture expertise so close to home. Details to

<p> <b>~</b> <b>Grapevine Production Short Course, Feb. 12-15, in
Napa</b>: an integrated vineyard management short course with
UCD faculty, UCCE specialists and farm advisors, and USDA
researchers, it will provide an in-depth, comprehensive study of
all phases of grapevine culture and production with the latest
information and research. It will cover fundamental principles
that form the basis for practical decisions. For new and
