Range Vineyards is a well-established vineyard
management company responsible for producing
high quality, sustainably grown wine grapes in
the Santa Cruz Mountains and surrounding areas.
Coastal Range Vineyards leads the way when it
comes to ultra premium, high end wine grape
production. Our wide range of services include
private estate and commercial vineyard
installations, vineyard management, and
consultations. We also offer custom crush
options for private and commercial label wines.
Coastal Range Vineyards focuses on vineyard
aesthetics, high quality grapes, and premium

If you are passionate about vineyards and wine,

to join our team. We are looking for a motivated
candidate with strong leadership skills who is
able to communicate well with clients, supervise
staff, compile management strategies and carry
out management schedules. You will need the
ability to do the following:<br>

Duties:<br>
-Supervise various levels of employees<br>
-Planning and coordinating crews, equipment,
materials and tools<br>
-Supervise pesticide and other material
applications to the vineyards<br>
-Supervise irrigation/fertilizing programs<br>
-Planning and oversight of all operations and
tasks associated with multiple vineyard sites<br>
-Assisting with budgets for vineyards<br>
-Providing excellent service and clear
communication with client vineyard owners
throughout the year<br>
-Manage employees fairly and consistently<br>
-Develop and maintain a culture that promotes
the ability for individuals to succeed in an
environment that is supportive<br>
-Monitoring seasonal vine care, pest, and
disease risks <br>
Implementation of spray program for various
vineyards across three counties<br>
-Maintain and promote Safety program, schedule
key trainings and ensure compliance to safety
protocol and OSHA standards<br>

Qualifications:<br>
• 3+ yrs experience – Ag Management<br>
• Degree in Viticulture and/or Ag Business
(preferred)<br>
• Bilingual – Spanish a plus<br>
• QAL License (preferred) <br>
• PCA License (preferred)<br>
• Leadership skills with demonstrated ability to
build a strong and cohesive team<br>
• Strong work ethic with organizational and time
management skills<br>
• Mechanical aptitude and general equipment
operation experience<br>
• Ability to keep accurate and detailed records
using Excel or Google Sheets<br>
• Valid driver's license and insurable DMV
record.<br>

Compensation:<br>
• Salary is Dependent on Experience<br>
• Use of company truck</p>
