VASCM: My Chardonnay

I have a small (120 vines) Chardonnay vineyard in its 6th season. I'm
expecting to press out about 20 gallons of juice. I'm planning to inoculate
with CY3079 yeast. Can anyone who has some sell me 50 grams? It seems like
a waste to buy 500 g, as it doesn't keep.
I've gathered equipment over the last few years, but am still in search of
a small crusher/destemmer. Does anyone want to sell one they have outgrown?
I also need glass and corks.
