VASCM: Santa Cruz Mountains Wine Improvement District Approved and Becomes Effective in 2026

So if you use an outside processing, billing and wine storage/shipping company that is located out of the WID you do not assess the sale? If so that is going to be huge amount of sales not assessed. I know of no processing/fulfillment/shipping companies within the  WID.
