I’m reaching out to share a limited offering of 3.5 to 4 tons of
organically farmed, ultra-premium Cabernet Franc available this harvest.
These vines are approaching 30 years of age and are grown at high
elevation, producing fruit with exceptional balance, structure, and natural
acidity.

This Cabernet Franc is particularly well-suited for whole cluster
fermentation, with beautiful stem lignification and outstanding acid
retention — perfect for crafting elegant, age-worthy wines.
