125 gallons 2023 SCM Cabernet, Camel Hill Vineyard, 13.6% alcohol, 0 RS, pH 3.58, aged in premium French barrels, 50% new.  $30 a gallon.
 82 gallons 2024 SCM Cabernet, Camel Hill Vineyard, 13.6% alcohol, 0 RS, pH 3.55, aged in premium French barrels, 75% new.  $30 a gallon.
190 gallons 2024 Los Carneros Syrah, 15.1% alcohol, 0 RS, pH 3.52, aged in premium French barrels, 65% new.  $30 a gallon.
