Joe Uhr is a winemaker in Sonoma looking for SCM Pinot and/or 
Chardonnay, preferably organically grown, for a sparkling project. Joe 
is the winemaker for Gundlach Bundschu, although the sparkling is for

Hello, my partner and I are looking to start a small sparkling project
sourced from the Santa Cruz mountains.  Looking for mostly Pinot Noir and
Chardonnay and preferably organically farmed.  I am a winemaker up
here in Sonoma.
