VASCM: Looking for someone to take over vineyard

I’m looking for someone to take over my vineyard in the Los Gatos Mountains. The previous homeowner was a winemaker and sold it under the name Sierra Morena Winery, in case you’ve heard of him. Unfortunately, I am not a wine maker nor grower, but I would hate to see the vineyard go to waste. It’s on a 15° grade, so a good workout for anyone fit enough to tackle it. If you’re interested in tending to it and keeping the harvest for yourself, let’s talk!

Grape varietal: Pinot Noir (Dijon clone)
Area: 0.65 acres
Yield: ~2 tons (ultra premium quality range)
* yield can be increased through irrigation
