VASCM: WANTED: Label Gluing Machine

Does anyone in the group have familiarity with label gluing machines?
See link an picture below.

I want to try using this gluing method for my wine bottle labels.
The machine are expensive, ~$500.00. So I don’t want to just buy one, try it out and find out it’s not a good solution.

If you have one, can I take a look at and/or run some of my labels through the machine.
