VASCM: 4 acres of established vines, business opportunity

Good day,

My name is Shaun Tanner and my family and I recently purchased a property with 4 acres of established Pinot, Chardonnay, and Cabernet in the hills of Felton.  Previously it was Griffin Hill vineyards.

I would like to speak to anybody who is willing to take care of the vines and harvest them for their own use.  I’m willing to help with labor and buy a tractor.  There is also a winery on the property that could be available for lease.
