I currently own a property with 4 acres of established vines and a winery in the Santa Cruz mountains at 1065 Eagle Tree Lane in Felton.

My co-owner is asking to sell her 50% ownership and without a buyer for her share I’ll be forced to sell the entire property, including the home I live in.

I’m looking for a buyer who wants to take ownership of the vines and 4,000 square foot winery for their business.
