VASCM: Looking for a Vinegar, Champaign, and Olive Oil maker

We have electric olive pickers and netting for harvesting olive trees. And trucks and macrobin for hauling them to this site:

They process the olives, can sell you a variety of container to put them into and can label and pack. We’ve been using them for about 5 years now.
