VASCM: Looking for a Vinegar, Champaign, and Olive Oil maker

Hi Everyone,

We grow wonderful Pinot Noir on our property in Woodside, and have a wine maker who harvests our grapes to make the actual wine at his production facility. He couldn't help with the following request, hence I thought perhaps any of you may be able to:

We also grow olive trees and we are looking for someone who could help us with also producing vinegar, Prosecco (ideally not with sugar but with honey from our property) and olive oil. Would anybody happen to know a provider / providers who could help us with this?
