We have a special opportunity on April 20 to hear from Rajat Parr, 
sommelier extraordinaire and innovative viticulturist. Rajat will share 
with us his holistic approach to viticulture and the innovative farming 
techniques he is exploring on his 12 acre regenerative vineyard near 
Cambria, including permaculture, biodynamics, experimental sprays.   You

*About Rajat Parr*: Parr started at Rubicon in San Francisco where he 
became wine director. After Rubicon, he opened the Fifth Floor in San 
Francisco and built the wine program there before being named the wine 
director for the Mina Group and overseeing its eventual 25 restaurants 
throughout the world. He was instrumental in starting the Pursuit of 
Balance tasting, and has worked with and influenced winemakers and 
growers around California.
