VASCM: Pinot Noir grapes

Hi  my name is Tim I have a small Vineyard of Pinot Noir right now I'm just about at 23 brix but I have a problem  1/2 of the Vineyard is starting to raisin does anyone  have any idea why ? Let me know what you think, I have not done anything different in the last 5 yearsSent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.
