Sonoma, manages over 500 acres of vineyard, including for Williams 
Selyem, and is passionate about farming sustainably. His discussion for 
us yesterday includes:

- leaf pulling for heat events to provide shade, air flow and spray 
penetration

- crop estimation

- effective organic spray program

vineyards in the Russian River and Bennett Valley AVA's for Williams 
Selyem.  We are fortunate to have him come and talk to us on 
pre-veraison issues and practices, including bunch closure, pre-veraison 
spray programs (focus on organic), as well as preparing for heat
