VASCM: Black Spots

Sorry if you have received this more than once. I seem to be having trouble sending to the group.

These black spots have formed on a few clusters of our Pinot noir and showed up overnight on a few clusters of Chardonnay. I have cut a berry and the spot seems to isolated to the skin but will not scrape or wash off. They are on both the east and west facing clusters but only a few clusters are affected.

Does anyone know what they are and how to treat for them?
