The property we’ll be selling has 23 acres of land with 4 acres planted to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Cabernet. There is a 3700 sq ft home and a 4500 sq ft winery.  The altitude is about 1600, mostly south facing and there is view of the Monterey Bay.
