VASCM: recommendations for field grafting

Hi Nick,

We use a company called Top-Notch Grafting out of Kenwood.  They're
exceptional.  We have them come down to our region once a season in the
spring to graft over any of our clients' vineyards that are looking for a
change of varietal.  If you're interested, I'd be happy to coordinate with
you and have them head your way once they've wrapped things up with our
vines.
