Hi, everyone:

Forwarding this latest message with smoke exposure resources from the 
California Assn. of Winegrape Growers (CAWG). It includes:

- A video on how to conduct a micro-fermentation from UC Davis

- A FAQ on smoke damage from the West Coast Smoke Exposure Task Force.

I'd like to suggest and encourage everyone to share your experiences 
with smoke exposure to this list, including your results if you have/are 
sending berries or a micro-ferment for testing. Everyone is in the same 
boat and it will help us all to understand the impact on our region and 
help everyone in making harvest and crush decisions.

wildfire and smoke exposure events. As new resources are developed, CAWG

Along with the three west coast winegrowing associations, the task force 
is led by four industry representatives – Alisa Jacobson, Joel Gott 
Wines; Patrick Rawn, Two Mountain Winery; Mike Testa, Central Coast
