*AQI Employee Communications, Training, and Protections*
California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) 
regulations require employers to take precautionary actions when the Air 
Quality Index (AQI) for particulate matter 2.5 micrometers or smaller 
(PM2.5) is 151 or greater, and in instances where employers anticipate

*Generator Regulatory Requirements*
Wineries preparing for wildfires and Public Safety Power Shutoff events 
by utilizing generators need to be aware of regulatory requirements for 
their use. The requirements are not uniform across the state as they are

If a home or winery has been impacted by the current wildfires, 
Congressman Mike Thompson's Office issued a Fire Recovery Guide

that provides a “Quick Guide” to federal resources, including funding 
from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), loans from the
