VASCM: Cover Crop Recommendations

Hi VASCM,
We are planning to start using cover crops this year.  We're typically low
on Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Manganese.  Does anyone have recommendations on
what they've used that would be helpful?  Similarly, is there anything you
wouldn't use again?
