>     -Assisting with budgets for vineyards
>     -Providing excellent service and clear communication with client
>     vineyard owners throughout the year
>     -Manage employees fairly and consistently
>     -Develop and maintain a culture that promotes the ability for
>     individuals to succeed in an environment that is supportive
>     -Monitoring seasonal vine care, pest, and disease risks
>     Implementation of spray program for various vineyards across three
>     counties
>     -Maintain and promote Safety program, schedule key trainings and
>     ensure compliance to safety protocol and OSHA standards

>     Qualifications:
>     • 3+ yrs experience – Ag Management
>     • Degree in Viticulture and/or Ag Business (preferred)
>     • Bilingual – Spanish a plus
>     • QAL License (preferred)
>     • PCA License (preferred)
>     • Leadership skills with demonstrated ability to build a strong
>     and cohesive team
>     • Strong work ethic with organizational and time management skills
>     • Mechanical aptitude and general equipment operation experience
>     • Ability to keep accurate and detailed records using Excel or
>     Google Sheets
>     • Valid driver's license and insurable DMV record.
