Peter,
here it is:
This message is to confirm your registration for our UC Davis Viticulture & Enology, On-the-Road in Santa Cruz program to be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 in the Alumni Room at the University Center on the campus of The University of California at Santa Cruz. Continental breakfast will be available at 8:30am, and the program begins at 9:00, and concludes with a catered lunch and discussion with the speakers to adjourn about 1:00pm.
Parking will be provided at UCSC. Follow the signs from the traffic light at the Coolidge Drive entrance to campus, right on Hagar Road to the East Remote Parking Lot. It looks like about 0.6 miles from the entrance. Parking is $5.00 per vehicle for the day. A shuttle stop is located at the entrance to the parking lot on Hagar. A shuttle bus will be available to take you to the University Center located in the north portion of campus, off McLaughlin Drive.
A map of the campus with shuttle stops is located here: https://maps.ucsc.edu/sites/default/files/parking-map-111916.pdf <https://maps.ucsc.edu/sites/default/files/parking-map-111916.pdf> On this map, the University Center and Alumni Room are located in section 6B. Then after the program, you can board a shuttle for the ride back to the East Remote Parking Lot.
Your confirmation # is 1211677.
Please feel free to contact your hostess, Karen Block, at klblock at ucdavis.edu <mailto:klblock at ucdavis.edu> or 530-752-5766, if you have any questions.
Thank you for your support of our On-the-Road programs!

Having worked 40+ years at UC San Diego, I know exactly how impossible campus parking is, so leaving things to chance is not going to work for anyone.
