Hello All,

I have space for up to 10 more tons of custom crush production at my facility in 2018.  Winemaking/consulting is included in the custom crush fees, and we have tiered options for 2+ ton clients and smaller clients who just want a barrel or two made.  My true wheelhouse is Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but I am also producing Syrah, Petite Sirah, Cabernet and Zinfandel for happy clients.
