VASCM: crawler tractor for sale with sprayer

Same  Rock 60  mountain crawler tractor.  Low hours at approx. 1800.  Runs great and all service has been performed in the last year by Bill Stafford the Same authorized service rep.
Brand new rubber tracks and rollers were installed in the last year.
Sprayer is a Cima/Gearmore Atomizer Air Mist with 100 gallon tank.  Also have spare parts to accommodate spraying crops.
$24,000 sprayer and tractor or best reasonable offer.
Tractor resides in Corralitos.
