VASCM: Cover Crops, Mulching and More - Information from the Last Meeting with Rich Casale (Attached)

As a follow up to last week's meeting with Rich Casale, attached are 
three documents on cover crop recommendations, the benefits of mulching, 
and erosion control and firescaping with native plants. Thank you to 
Rich for a very informative presentation that covered a wide range of 
issues involving erosion, landslides, cover crops, hedgerows, fire safe 
clearance, and his current experience with the wildfire devastation in 
Napa and Sonoma.  He is a Certified Professional Erosion & Sediment 
Control Specialist, previously with the NRCS and now consulting for the 
NRCS on erosion issues in the Napa and Sonoma fire zone. He can be
