Hi Claudia, sorry for your loss.

DeVine are indeed closed, so both Post & Trellis and Coastal Range now have
most of their vineyard installation/management clients locally but neither
of us offer consultancy.

I seem to remember Blakeslee doing some valuation work near here, so maybe
start with them - winepropertyconsulting.com
