There are still a few places left for the VASCM holiday dinner on Dec. 3. The culinary students at Cabrillo College have created a delicious menu for us. Let this entice you!  (See the menu below.) Please RSVP to June Salsbury by Monday and secure your seat with a check in advance - see the details in the invite below.

French Inspired Winter Menu

1st Course – Soup:  Shellfish Consomme with Crab Tortellini – Savory clarified shellfish broth with crab filled tortellini

2nd Course – Main Course:
Grilled Lamb Chops with Bordelaise Sauce, Pomme Duchesse and Glazed Carrots
or
Halibut a la Meuniere – Pan Fried Halibut Filet with  Lemon Caper Butter Sauce Served with Potato Pancake and Wilted Spinach
or
Cepes and Duxelle Mushroom Tart with Gruyere Cheese, Frisée Micro Salad and Fried Beet Chips

3rd Course – Salad Refresher:  Citrus Salad with Winter Greens – Spiced and Bitter Greens with Orange and Grapefruit Supremes and Herbed Citrus Vinaigrette

4th Course – Dessert: Pumpkin Cake with Vanilla Orange Mousse, Candied Almonds and Crisped Kumquat

BRING:  Your own wine. Please be aware that the restaurant's liquor license requires that their servers pour all wine for us
COST:  $30 per person - includes appetizers, buffet dinner, & champagne toast
RSVP TO:  June Salsbury, 160 Spring Hollow Rd., Los Gatos, CA 95033  w/payment by check payable to VASCM in advance.  Required to secure reservation!
