VASCM: Vineyard Foreman search

We have a skilled Vineyard Manager and team but with 80 residential
vineyards now under management we are looking to train up a 2nd Foreman,
someone who may not yet know viticulture but has the leadership qualities
to help run the crews when the Manager is elsewhere.

We would greatly appreciate any help putting copies of this in front of
anyone you know who might know someone...
