We are all a family and we need to look after one another.

experiences then I invite you to read on.

The purpose of this email is to inform other growers before they end up in
similar situations.  It is my hope that you can take preventative measures
to avoid non payment issues.

Jim Beauregard has not been paid for 2013 grapes and there others (who wish
to remain nameless) that have not as well, one for multiple vintages.

Arbitration was awarded to Jim Beauregard by Santa Cruz Superior Court and
this is a public record.  Arbitrator was Retired Justice Christopher
Cottle, former Chief Judge of the Sixth Appellate District.

Though arbitration was won by Jim Beauregard, payment is still being
refused and is now moving up the ladder.
