There are commercially available lids
<http://morewinemaking.com/products/macro-bin-lid.html>. Alternatively,
some folks drape plastic sheeting over the cap on the inside of the bin,
which works well enough to reduce insect access to the cap. There are also
commercially available screens
<http://thevintnervault.com/index.php?p=view_product&product_id=4252> you
can purchase. Or you could make your own screen w/ a simple wood frame
covered w/ a mesh (like this
<http://www.amazon.com/Liberty-Mountain-LIB146274-Packaged-No-See-Um/dp/B004ASJESM>)
for a fraction of the cost.
