VASCM: 2015 Grapes Wanted

I'm looking for:
SCM Chardonnay - would prefer something in the Corralitos area.  

On these I'd prefer East side of the mountains and SCV AVA is fine if it's in the Santa Teresa Hills/Paradise Valley/Uvas Valley area:

Cabernet Sauvignon SangioveseMourvedre
Best for me is 3000 pounds (3 bins), that's what I can haul with my trailer.  I've got bins, haulers permit, ect. all the needed stuff.
