In my earlier message, I misspelled Paul's last name and misstated his web site.  The  correct  spelling of his name is Reidl.  The web site is www.reidllaw.com.

 Try Paul Reidel www.reidellaw.com  He worked 18 years with Gallo and has 61/2 years on his own with lots of     large and small wine clients.

 1. Trademark - we need to respond to an office action on our new trademark application.
