Your sage and always welcome advice and recommendation(s) on talented attorneys would be very helpful as we start to work on two current issues:   
  
1. Trademark - we need to respond to an office action on our new trademark application.  
  
2. LLC - we could use some advice from members on the benefits of going to the LLC form of ownership and if we go that route; an attorney to guide us.
