VASCM: Recommendation on Attorneys for LLC and Trademark

Hi VASCM,Your sage and always welcome advice and recommendation(s) on talented attorneys would be very helpful as we start to work on two current issues: 1. Trademark - we need to respond to an office action on our new trademark application.2. LLC - we could use some advice from members on the benefits of going to the LLC form of ownership and if we go that route; an attorney to guide us.
