VASCM: Advice Welcomed on Bonding and Licensing

Hi Folks,We've decided to take the plunge and apply for (re)licensing and bond for Noble Hill (the winery had been a 5,000 case bonded facility sometime in the past).  As we look over the forms and information and think about how many of our peers at VASCM have gone through this process, we thought it would be a very good idea to ask for advice from you.  Do you have pitfalls to avoid, tools you found helpful and/or other advice for us?
