VASCM: Woodruff Family Vineyard & Property is For Sale

Barbara and Pete Woodruff have put their lovely Corralitos property on 
the market, including the 7 acre vineyard and residence.  The vineyard 
is comprised of 4 acres of Pinot; 3 of Chardonnay; and 1/4 
Gewurztraminer. The entire property is 23 acres, and includes several 
stands of redwoods, and as you can see from the photo, wonderful views. 
They did a great job of refurbishing the old vineyard (Matteson) and the 
entire property.

Both Barb and Pete have been actively involved with and supporters of 
the VASCM and made major contributions to the organization over the 
years. Pete was Treasurer for several years, and Barb was instrumental 
in creating our logo. They are now looking to 'downsize', and we are 
sorry to see them move on. Someone lucky enough to acquire this property 
will surely enjoy it as much as have the Woodruffs.
