VASCM: Basic viticulture class

Hi all,
I will be teaching a basic viticulture class at Cabrillo this Fall, CAHM177. For all you home vintners out there who are interested in a deeper understanding of the details of your vineyard, please... feel free to sign up! We will have a lot of fun exploring the foundations of what goes into wine and demystify the dynamics of growing the wine in the vineyard versus designing the wine in the cellar... and of course I will be more focused on the Santa Cruz Mountains and the 80% that gets created in the land (terroir) and the subsequent decisions there of!? 
Hope you all are able to keep up with this crazy scramble of early season harvest... *phew*
My biggest question this year... "Who harvests Chardonnay in August???"
