Dear Members,
First off I would like to thank all of you who responded and gave me info. and advice I have received pertaining to the fermenting questions...I know this is a site for folks who grow grapes...but I was sure a few of you made wine and knew way more than me. Good news...must is going great and sugar is dropping.

I now have a grower question....Now that the harvest is over..I have heard a few different things to do for the vines post harvest...Water, fertilize, leave alone, etc.
What are the options and reasons for your decision....
