My wife, Rose Ann and I own Meadowridge Vineyard in Corralitos.  Our first harvest was in 2004, so we have a long track record.  Salamandre Winery has used our grapes from the beginning and more recently, Pelican Ranch.  2/3 of our 3 acre vineyard is spoken for, but we are looking for a buyer for the last 1/3.
