VASCM: Post harvest question

Members, I have finished harvesting...I have watered for 9 hrs. and fertilized thru my fertigation system.
I have an ongoing issue with my vines which I believe has stemmed from not spraying the first 4 years of my vineyard....started spraying this year due to that it was the first year of keeping the grapes on the vine. I believe that by not spraying when the vines were young...I have an infestation of mold on my vines that has stunted my vines and harvest.

Is there anything I can do/spray on the vines post harvest that will help before the vines go dormant to kill all mold spores ?
