VASCM: Vine Leaf Problem - Help

Tom....Thanks for the comic relief,I need some...This is stressing me out. I received an e-mail from Prudy...she forwarded my concerns and pictures to a gentleman from the UC Davis extension...I will wait to hear from him.
I'm starting to believe this is way beyond my scope.
