VASCM: Vine Talk for Budbreak

The VASCM Board has discussed the possibility of taking the print 
edition of the newsletter to a digital format that can be emailed to 
everyone or made available on the website. This is primarily due to the 
time commitment involved in printing and posting the newsletter. This 
also gives us more flexibility in distributing information that has been 
contained in the newsletter, such as the seasonal Vine Talk authored by 
Prudy Foxx. You will find attached here for your reading pleasure the 
latest Vine Talk installment addressing budbreak.

You can also find all past Vine Talks and copies of past newsletters on 
the website at www.vascm.org.
