VASCM: Cluster Thinning

Dear Members:

Acouple of quick questions......

When should you thin the grape clusters?
How many clusters per shoot ( 2  I believe) ?
How many leaves per cluster to support ripening? ( 10 per cluster )?
What if I have shoots that don't have that many leaves now, do I remove cluster or let leaves grow ? (example: small shoot with cluster and only 5 leaves )
How long should I let the shoot grow( 4-6 ft ,6-8 ft, etc.)
