VASCM: Quick question

It is ok to mix them. Make sure you add the Rally to the water  before you 
add the oil. Rally is not oil soluble. If you think  you have some mildew 
active in your vineyard it is a very good idea to  spray both. Use 1%. It is a 
good idea to avoid oil if the temperature is over  80.
 
Rally is old technology and there are many newer fungicides  that perform 
better and are not as toxic to the applicator.
