VASCM: Recommendation for Pinot Noir Rootstock

I've been cautioned against the use of 110R with Pinot Noir due to the
possibility of a new, poorly-understood disease called 'grapevine necrotic
union':

Others have strong feelings about -- and probably better understanding of
-- pinot noir on 110R; hopefully they'll weigh in.
